Brittany McKinney
President and Chief Executive Officer
Under Brittany McKinney's leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer, AIC will continue to focus on execution, driving top line growth and improving profitability and cash flow.
Brittany previously served as Senior Vice President of AIC’s Central Region and Solutions Practices, responsible for working with her team to drive growth, build strong relationships with clients and employees and deliver financial results. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, she oversaw the Company’s key divestitures and was involved in leading several restructuring initiatives.
Prior to joining AIC in November 2007, Brittany served as Director of Operations and Integration Program Manager at Fujitsu Consulting, where she directed the operational policies and initiatives of a $55M division. She was a key member of the Senior Management Team that led the company through a critical restructuring process—taking the company from a net loss to positive earnings.
Prior to its acquisition by Fujitsu in 2005, Brittany served as a Director at BORN Information Services, Inc. where she contributed to corporate strategy and planning initiatives. Following the acquisition, Brittany managed all aspects of the corporate integration.
Prior to that, Brittany was the co-founder of Nuvolution, an IT services and management consulting company. Brittany served as the CFO and Principal Consultant for Nuvolution where she directed business operations for the company and provided management advisory services to clients. She also contributed to strategic planning and business development. In 2002, Nuvolution was acquired by Manchester Companies, an investment banking and management advisory firm, and Brittany became a Vice President within the company.
Brittany holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University.
Bill Wolff
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bill Wolff is responsible for providing financial performance leadership to achieve AIC’s business objectives. He oversees the management of governance and compliance requirements of the business and AIC’s investor relations activities.
Prior to joining AIC, Wolff most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at TeamKLIPZ, a startup company that provides a video hosting website for youth sports. In these roles, he was responsible for all business strategy, technology, finance and marketing activities of the organization.
Prior to that, Wolff was Chief Executive Officer of Dascom Systems Group, a full-service systems integrator of audio, video and digital broadcast systems. In addition, Wolff has held a variety of senior leadership positions in other technology companies including, MakeMusic Inc., Cross USA, Open Systems Holdings Corporation and Springboard Software.
Bill holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Randy Hall
Senior Vice President – South Region
As Senior Vice President, South Region, Randy Hall is responsible for overall client and consultant satisfaction for his region. He partners with area leadership and management to refine local market strategies and drive growth.
Randy has been a key contributor to AIC’s Sales team for over two decades. During his career, Randy has been responsible for the growth and development of AIC’s Kansas City location, most recently serving as its Area Leader. During his tenure, he has been a top producer with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering multimillion-dollar revenues.
Prior to joining AIC, Randy worked for MCI/Satellite Business Systems where he led a team that sold telecommunication services. Randy studied Communications at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Virgil Pint
Senior Vice President – North Region
Virgil Pint, Senior Vice President, North Region, is charged with managing area leadership and collaborating with his teams to ensure growth within the region. He utilizes his 25 years of experience in the IT staffing industry to engage with key clients and strategic partners to support growth and develop best practices.
Virgil has been effectively selling AIC’s full suite of offerings to a broad portfolio of clients since 1986. During his tenure with AIC, Virgil has successfully nurtured new relationships, revitalized existing accounts and assisted with developing consultant care programs. Prior to his current role, Virgil served as Vice President of AIC’s flagship office in Minneapolis.
Before joining AIC in 1986, Virgil served as a Sales Manager at ComputerLand. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math and education from the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Technology.
