Rajiv Sardana is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at ACS Group. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with multinational companies in several industries including investment and workforce management. Raj founded American CyberSystems in 1998 and has spearheaded its growth to a multinational organization with more than 10,000 employees deployed across 25 different countries worldwide.
Prior to founding American CyberSystems, Raj served as president and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multimedia and technology company in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as president and CEO of a multimillion dollar venture capital company with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in real estate, retail and service industries. Additional industries served include technology, aviation, defense, venture investment and financial services.
Raj holds a Master’s Degree in technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Advanced Management degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He brings strategic vision and extensive experience in both U.S. and offshore markets.
Chief Operating Officer and SVP, ACS Group
Joe McAvoy is Chief Operating Officer and SVP at ACS Group. He is responsible for corporate strategy and operations of all ACS Group companies, to include COMFORCE, HireGenics and Analysts International Corporation (AIC). He is a veteran of the staffing and software industry, specializing in sustainable growth, organizational development, start-ups and building winning teams.
Prior to joining the ACS Group team, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development of Moodlerooms, a leader in learning management systems and educational technology. Joe has also served in various leadership roles within a multi-billion dollar, privately-held staffing and solutions company.
Joe has been recognized for sales, marketing and business development expertise, building effective sales teams and spearheading go-to-market strategies. Joe is actively involved in his community serving on boards of several not for profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree with honors in communication sciences from Texas Woman’s University.
Pankaj (Nick) Goel
Chief Financial Officer and SVP, ACS Group
Pankaj (Nick) Goel is Chief Financial Officer and SVP at ACS Group. Nick joined ACS Group as Controller in June 2005 and has since held various positions with increasing responsibilities within the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in all phases of financial management, including corporate finance, financial planning, analysis and reporting, budgeting, profitability analysis, operational improvement, taxation, employee benefits, acquisitions and other specified accounting areas.
Prior to joining ACS Group, Nick worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Claredon Textiles, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. Previously, he was General Manager, Finance with Girnar Fibres Ltd from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining Girnar, Nick worked for a public accounting firm, S.K. Mehta & Co. in New Delhi, India from 1992 to 1996. Nick holds various professional licenses to include a Chartered Financial Analyst by the CFA Institute, Certified Public Accountant from Colorado State Board of Accountancy, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Company Secretary Inter from the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the G.N.D. University in India. He is a regular member of CFA Institute, CFA Society of Atlanta, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Chief Information Officer and SVP of Corporate Development, ACS Group
Sanjeev Sardana is CIO and SVP of Corporate Development at ACS Group. He is responsible for managing IT operations and Product Development for all of ACS and its subsidiaries. In addition, he is also responsible for M&A, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships, and Analytics & Reporting.
Prior to ACS, Sanjeev co-founded Mobio, a mobile platform and applications development company where he was responsible for product management, applications development, fund raising and international business development. Previously Sanjeev has held progressively senior responsibilities in product development, product management, marketing, and corporate development in telecom and financial services industries.
Sanjeev has a B. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, a Master of Sciences degree in Computer Sciences from Washington State University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Chief Sales Officer and SVP, ACS Group
Brian Soderholm is Chief Sales Officer and SVP at ACS Group. Brian is responsible for strategic business development and delivery for ACS Group’s National Sales and Solutions organization. Brian has more than 22 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. Brian is responsible for both growing existing business and successfully developing sales strategies for new lines of business.
Prior to ACS Group, Brian worked at Chimes Inc. and Bartech, where he executed multiple business development programs to include driving Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales of more than $3B in contract labor spend to more than sixty of the largest organizations in the world.
Brian holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. As a recognized solution sales leader in the staffing industry, Brian brings a unique understanding to the sales process that is dictated by selling solutions that focus on the success of the customer.
Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing Communications, ACS Group
Marne Oberg is Vice President of HR and Marketing Communications at ACS Group. Marnejoined Analysts International Corporation (AIC) as Director of Corporate Communications in 2008 and, after having demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive organizational change and achieve results, her role evolved to include Human Resources in 2010. In 2013, with the acquisition of AIC by ACS Group, Marne’s role was expanded to encompass all brands within the ACS Group family of companies.
In her current role, Marne is responsible for leading the company’s overall human resources strategy and programs in the areas of talent acquisition and management, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. In addition, she is charged with developing, managing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies for ACS Group’s internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to joining ACS Group, Marne served as Marketing Communications Director at Fujitsu Consulting and, before that, for BORN Information Services, another technology consulting firm. Marne began her career with Fairview Health Services, a Minnesota-based health care organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications from the University of Minnesota.
Regional Vice President, Western Region, ACS Group
Joe Thiel is Regional Vice President, Western Region at ACS Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day field operations of ACS Group offices across the western region of the United States, to include office operations for COMFORCE, HireGenics and Analysts International Corporation (AIC).
Joe drives cross-divisional and branch operations for ACS Group’s existing and developing markets. He oversees all facets of field operations on a daily basis to include: cultural development, hiring and staff development, operational soundness and efficiencies, new client development, market expansion, new office launches and overall profitability and goal achievement.
Prior to joining ACS Group, Joe served as a principal in an Analytics start-up. He has more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry serving in various leadership roles, including: Vice President of National Sales, Regional Vice President and Executive Director of Branch Operations at several companies within the Allegis Group family of companies.
Joe has extensive experience in sales strategy and account development programs that support new and existing business growth and in creating account team structures for better internal communication and account development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Interpersonal Communications from Ball State University.
Regional Vice President, Eastern Region, ACS Group
Mike Brown is Regional Vice President, Eastern Region at ACS Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day field operations of ACS Group offices across the eastern region of the United States, to include office operations for COMFORCE, HireGenics and Analysts International Corporation (AIC).
Mike drives cross-divisional and branch operations for ACS Group’s existing and developing markets. He oversees all facets of field operations on a daily basis to include: cultural development, hiring and staff development, operational soundness and efficiencies, new client development, market expansion, new office launches and overall profitability and goal achievement.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Solutions and Consulting industries. Prior to Joining COMFORCE, Mike served in progressive leadership roles at TEKsystems, Robert Half International and Modis (an Adecco company).
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Regional Vice President, Central Region, ACS Group
Allison Gross is Regional Vice President, Central Region at ACS Group. She is responsible for the day-to-day field operations of ACS Group offices across the central region of the United States, to include office operations for COMFORCE, HireGenics and Analysts International Corporation (AIC).
Allison drives cross-divisional and branch operations for ACS Group’s existing and developing markets. She oversees all facets of field operations on a daily basis to include: cultural development, hiring and staff development, operational soundness and efficiencies, new client development, market expansion, new office launches and overall profitability and goal achievement.
Allison has more than 25 years of experience providing staffing solutions, managed services and payroll solutions to global firms as well as local enterprises. In addition to participating actively in various professional associations, Allison writes articles for periodicals and has been published in numerous websites and newspapers including the Atlanta Constitution and the New York Times. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee.
