"As an AIC consultant you have a tremendous amount of support available to you from day one. "
Why I chose AIC
When I first talked to an AIC representative about a position, I was familiar with AIC and its reputation, and knew AIC had a long-standing relationship with a company for whom I'd previously worked as a consultant. I hoped one day to return but had no idea how to re-connect. AIC re-introduced me to the company and I found my way back. Because Analysts International is so well known and respected, there was no question I'd made the right decision.
What I enjoy about AIC
AIC encourages its employees to get involved. Proof of this is the invitation to town hall meetings where the company's leadership seeks input. This is impressive. Knowing that careers are so much about relationships nurtured along the way, I was thankful for a memorable meal shared recently with AIC recruiters and account executives who provided background about the company and encouraged me to become more involved.
What AIC has done for my career
The work I've done as an AIC consultant has meant using my skills in a completely different way in a totally different business environment. It's been a stretch and growth and career-enhancing experience. As an AIC consultant you have a tremendous amount of support available to you from day one. For example, other AIC consultants work in my building for other groups on other projects. I've been able to put their knowledge and experience to use on my own projects. And, although it may be transparent to you, the entire AIC team is supporting you as well.
AIC is at the top of a short list of highly-regarded companies with whom I've had close relationships over the past twenty-five years. What a privilege to be associated with Analysts International.
