Andrew Borgstrom
President and CEO
Andrew Borgstrom has served on the Board of Directors of Analysts International since May 2008 and joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2009. A senior leader, Borgstrom has significant experience managing and growing IT services companies. In fact, VAR Business Magazine has named him one of the technology industry’s Top 10 CEOs numerous times.
Prior to joining the AIC team, Borgstrom served as Chief Executive Officer of RapiDemand, a Chicago-based consulting company that focuses on assisting businesses with developing and implementing growth strategies. He has also served as CEO for a number of technology companies throughout the course of his career, including T-Systems, Inc., Debis IT Services and Technology Asset Management. Additionally, Borgstrom has held Senior Executive positions with IBM and Intelligent Electronics.
Borgstrom earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Systems Analysis from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana.
Randy Strobel
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Randy Strobel is a senior executive with more than 20 years of finance expertise and a strong background with public companies and the technology industry. He joined AIC from Ceridian, a $1.7 billion information services company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller. Strobel is a CPA and holds a degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University.
Jim Anderson
Senior Vice President, Eastern Region and Solutions Practices
Jim Anderson serves as a Senior Vice President at AIC and is responsible for directing our business in the Eastern Region of the United States and for overseeing the operations of our National Solutions Practices, including Lawson, Microsoft and the Public Sector.
Jim joined AIC in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Client Services Operations. In this position, Jim led AIC’s team of nearly 1,000 IT professionals across the Company and was responsible for all aspects of client service. Jim oversaw the recruiting and technology partner programs, the development of the Company’s service offerings and was responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers.
A 25-year industry veteran, Anderson joins AIC from Element Consulting Group, an enterprise solutions professional services firm where Anderson served as Partner. Prior to Element, Anderson was Executive Vice President of Professional Services at Lawson Software where he was responsible for managing a professional services operation that represented 1,700 employees in 40 countries and $350 million in annual revenue. Before joining Lawson, he held a variety of senior leadership positions in professional services operations for companies such as Intentia, PeopleSoft and J.D. Edwards. Anderson also spent eight years as a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
Anderson holds a bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University in industrial engineering.
Chris Cain
Senior Vice President - Western Region
Chris Cain brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT staffing industry to his role as Senior Vice President of AIC’s Western Region. In this role, Chris is responsible for managing and growing our business in the Western Region of the United States.
Prior to joining AIC in July 2009 as the Area Sales Director for the South Central Region, Chris was Managing Director at Sagent Partners. As Managing Director, Chris helped transform the firm from a small generic commercial staffing organization to a leading Government IT consulting and staffing firm. Cain was responsible for the overall performance of Sagent Partners and instrumental in establishing a strategic plan for growth that led to the opening of two additional US office locations and a 200 percent increase in recruiting staff.
Before joining Sagent Partners, Chris held leadership positions at Spherion where he managed a large team of professionals responsible for a $450M account portfolio and was responsible for creating an overall sales strategy for a $425M professional services division. Chris has also held leadership positions with Modis and Renaissance Worldwide (formally The Registry) and has served as a speaker and trainer for multiple industry organizations.
Chris is a graduate of Appalachian State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Brittany McKinney
Senior Vice President – Central Region
In her role as Senior Vice President of AIC’s Central Region, Brittany McKinney is responsible for working with her team to drive growth, build strong relationships with customers and employees and deliver financial results within her region.
Brittany previously served as AIC’s Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, she oversaw the Company’s key divestitures and was involved in leading several restructuring initiatives.
Prior to joining AIC in November 2007, Brittany served as Director of Operations and Integration Program Manager at Fujitsu Consulting, where she directed the operational policies and initiatives of a $55M division. She was a key member of the Senior Management Team that led the company through a critical restructuring process—taking the company from a net loss to positive earnings.
Prior to its acquisition by Fujitsu in 2005, Brittany served as a Director at BORN Information Services, Inc. where she contributed to corporate strategy and planning initiatives. Following the acquisition, Brittany managed all aspects of the corporate integration.
Prior to that, Brittany was the co-founder of Nuvolution, an IT services and management consulting company. Brittany served as the CFO and Principal Consultant for Nuvolution where she directed business operations for the company and provided management advisory services to clients. She also contributed to strategic planning and business development. In 2002, Nuvolution was acquired by Manchester Companies, an investment banking and management advisory firm, and Brittany became a Vice President within the company.
Brittany holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University.
Julie Duwenhoegger
Director, Human Resources
Julie Duwenhoegger joined AIC in 2009 and serves as the Director of Human Resources. In this critical role, Julie manages key programs and initiatives that contribute to the overall employee experience at AIC and helps ensure our company is a great place for talented and energetic employees to work, grow and further develop their careers.
Prior to AIC, Duwenhoegger served as Director of Human Resources, Upper Midwest for RSM McGladrey Inc., the country’s fifth largest public accounting firm, headquartered in Minneapolis. Before her time with RSM McGladrey, Duwenhoegger served as Director, Global Compensation, Benefits and HRIS for HID Global Corporation (formerly Fargo Electronics) and also held leadership positions with Target Corporation and BF Goodrich Aerospace. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in labor and industrial relations, both from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
